Last night I started being very ill with sickness and diarrhoea. This went on through the night! I couldnt do anything this morning.
This appointment was at the exact same time as an appointment to see a physio which I have been waiting for for a long time! I missed this also. I apparently have nerve damage and I have just been diagnosed with diverticulitis disease . The first appointment I missed was because I was on holiday! I left a message to let the doctors know.
Sorry I didn’t ring in. I felt so ill and went to bed.

A serious complaint has not been dealt with for over 5 weeks despite the acknowledgement stating 14 days. Two e mails to chase a reply have been ignored.

It is a great shame the diabetic nurse has left after so many years of wonderful support and care. With no replacement in sight one can only wonder how patients will receive the care they need.
