For Men to Talk

A chance for men suffering with anxiety, depression and grief to talk with other fellow sufferers.

HeadsUp

HeadsUp is a campaign to help men stay happy. The campaign targets men aged 30-59 in Milton Keynes and Bedfordshire. The campaign is designed to offer men a source of information and guidance about any mental health issues they may be facing, communicated in a style to which they can relate.

Hub of Hope

The Hub of Hope is the UK’s leading mental health support database. It is provided by national mental health charity, Chasing the Stigma, and brings local, national, peer, community, charity, private and NHS mental health support and services together in one place for the first time.

Impact Mental Health

Impact Mental Health is a team of experienced peers dedicated to improving your well-being. We offer a variety of educational courses and corporate support services, all designed to address mental, physical, social, professional, spiritual, and emotional needs.

 

The Lighthouse

The Lighthouse is a co-produced mental health drop-in service staffed by fully qualified NHS mental health professionals and trained volunteers in Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire.

Richmond Fellowship: Bedfordshire Employment Service

The service provides advice and guidance to individuals experiencing problems with their mental health and needing support with their employment-related issues. We provide a free, impartial and confidential service to both employees and employers.

SEND parent, children and young person partnership service

Special educational needs and disability (SEND) parent, children and young person partnership service offers a free confidential support service for parents and carers of children with special educational needs.
