Tried to book an appointment via online system but no option for a medical appointment, called the surgery and told I can’t even request an appointment because they haven’t got any left.
They palm off blood tests to Bedford , make it almost impossible to get an appointment, constantly over stretched so always advise we can’t take on anymore appointments!! And you have to fill out a
Probably the worst Dr in the country. I had an infection for 4 months after 9 different medications I went to A&E they gave me something that worked almost instantly. 4 weeks later I requested more meds and these were given. I was asked to do a blood test which I did, I requested more meds after an all clear blood test to be told NO! So now I can feel myself getting sick again because I haven’t finished the 3 months medication advised by the hospital.
Amazing!
No patients get sent to Bedford for Blood Tests.

Slowness in referring patients like they say they will. Would have had to go to private podiatrist because they did not refer as they said they would.
This surgery is first surgery I used when we moved to Ampthill and what a mistake I did. Maternal care was awful, in fact it was so bad that I believe lack of that care actually contributed greatly in me losing my baby. Now to follow up with appointment since that happened is impossible as to book an appointment they implemented triage system, where you end up filling in online forms and waiting them to respond. There is no way to change appointment with reception as they do not pick up calls. Receptionists are rude as well, would not book you in later date if you go to practice. Specialists are never available, all online system is shocking. Evil place avoid as much as you can!
