Now to follow up with appointment since that happened is impossible as to book an appointment they implemented triage system, where you end up filling in online forms and waiting them to respond. There is no way to change appointment with reception as they do not pick up calls. Receptionists are rude as well, would not book you in later date if you go to practice. Specialists are never available, all online system is shocking. Evil place avoid as much as you can!
