Appalling service, rude and unhelpful reception staff who patronise you, appointments nigh on impossible to get, what on earth has gone worng here, this surgery is a disgrace.
Your staff were not prepared for the many that turned up for your session at the Grovebury Road site for Leighton Road Surgery on Monday 30th June 10am to 1pm.
Many left with out seeing anyone or filling in a questionnaire.
If it hadn’t been the hottest day of the summer there would have been twice as many!
Do you really want to hear from patients!

It is a shame it has come to this – to write feedback on Grovebury Road Surgery, joined up with Leighton Road Surgery. What a mess the appointment system is, being offered an appointment 6 weeks ahead

Thank you for your reply. I did speak to someone.
I was upset that there were many people that did not have the opportunity and probably had a great deal more experience of the surgery and able to answer all the questions in your questionnaire, far better than I did.
I have been lucky and rarely needed to phone up for a GP for a number of years now but have heard a number of bad experiences from residents on the door step as a councillor.
I hope to hear of some more planned events at the surgery or at Leighton Buzzard for all those that were missed.
Only the healthy have the time to give feedback.
