pam ager says: The new practice manager appears to be a considerable improvement, however his efforts are being thwarted by the ICB. The centre needs more space to enable more blood tests to be done at the surgery, but the ICB have taken the space for admin which could be done anywhere. Patients should not be routinely sent to Bedford or Lister we need more capacity in Shefford
