Children and young people in the UK are currently facing an overwhelming mental health crisis. Increasing rates of mental illness and neurodiversity, particularly ADHD and Autism, have led to a surge in demand for assessments and support.

Young Healthwatch Central Bedfordshire aims to address these national and regional concerns by engaging children and young people (aged 13-25) across Bedfordshire, Luton, and Milton Keynes (BLMK), in youth-led research and co-producing recommendations for improving mental health services and support for neurodiverse individuals.
