You were removed from the surgery listing at the request of the partners. The PCSE appear to have sent you the wrong letter-you have been advised to take it up with them.

I’ve never had any problems with the doctors who couldn’t do more for me always had the best results from this surgery the secretary’s are polite and very professional friendly and helpful to me

Totally annoyed that Drs Surgery cancelled Covid vaccine but could not rearrange appointment, neither 119 or Toddington could either. Through a member of Healthwatch Luton who done a referral to the C
Fortunately I don’t need to visit the Dr very often but I have had cause to contact my GP surgery recently and have done so through the consult platform. I have been very impressed with how easy and straightforward this has been and also how responsive the surgery have been. I asked for a non-emergency appointment and was able to speak to a Dr and then see the Dr in person the following day. I didn’t have to wait long and she was lovely and very personable and caring. I was referred for an ultrasound scan immediately and 4 days later I have been contacted to arrange my scan which will be next week. Excellent service for which I’m very grateful.

What do we get for our funding from this surgery now? More and more services being removed from here. Drs are nice if you actually out run the receptionists who do all they can to put obstacles in the

Staff are not helpful , no customer service at all – Bedfordshire health authority should look in to this

Never enough appointments, telephone consultations with the doctor you last seen, so you have to explain everything again to different dr.
