Would give zero stars if I could as this doctors surgery is appalling. Most (not all) of the receptionists have attitude and couldn’t care less about the patients. One of the female GPS is rude and
Wow just used the online booking system whoever designed it must be an idiot. So many repeated questions and when completed it said it couldn’t help and should seek medical attention which was what I thought I was doing clearly I was wrong. How do the elderly cope and what of those who cannot afford a computer or indeed a network connection. I’d say this was a clear tactic to get the public to move to private healthcare, watch GP’s there will not be enough positions to go around and you are already giving up your roles to a questionnaire as the diagnosing gate keeper. The medical profession was something for people to aspire to and it’s being reduced to be no better than a checkout at Tesco’s self serve with aspirations, never to be met, of Amazon healthcare. Laughable!

A horrible place to work. High turnover of staff and poor morale.
Absolutely disgusted with this surgery. My son stands on a nail, tries to get in on the Friday after it happened for a Tetanus jab. No appointments but gets one on the Monday at 9am. I then get a phone call at 8.50am saying that the person who he has been booked in with can’t do it, they are not trained to give this injection. So book again for the next day. Unfortunately he was being sick in the morning so missed this appointment. I go into the surgery and ask for another time. Yes she said tonight at 5.10pm. My son then goes in for the Doctor to sit there and say that she can’t do it and it should have been done at the hospital and he was wasting there time as it’s not what the Doctors are there for. He said so why have I been given this appointment for her to point her finger at him and say because you and your mother have been ringing having a go at us. Absolutely appalling behaviour. This is why the hospitals are in the state they are. If this was something they couldn’t do why not say that in the first place.

I find them largely rude and unsympathetic.
I wanted a repeat prescription for pain meds but was told that until I came into the surgery for a bp check they wouldn’t be doing anything.

I was very unwell and could stop being sick. I phoned the surgery 3 times but was unable to get an appointment, eventually contacting 111 who then contacted the surgery, then I had to phone the surger

They made an error with my medication. I picked it up as I work in the pharmaceutical industry. It could have been VERY dangerous!
I fear this is happening in a few areas, people with a number of conditions seem to be side-lined, maybe the GP practice is not large enough and likely there is not enough money available for all patients to benefit.
Hopefully you will get some joy shortly.
