Awful service, from rude and arrogant staff, when you ask for names to complain they state they don’t have to give them.

Cannot get through for an appointment. Ring 150 times and when you do get an answer there are NO appointments left. Need to sort this out please.

Using this online facility to ask the Doctor or Nurse a question has been very useful especially for my husband. He has poor health and several long term conditions and being able to direct a question
