Impossible to get an appointment. Their Online system was working but because they found out just how many people needed appointments (I imagine due to a backlog) they decided to close it down. As if
Doreen Gerrard-Atkinson says: I completely agree with you. And it irks me immensely that those that answer phones want to know what is wrong, and they actually make the decision if an appointment is necessary. I think at 67 I actually do know.
At this time -due to complex medical history, and no care-plan, never have had one- I am still awaiting surgery to call me to *offer* Dr’s.Appointment.. 2 phone calls, I message on website and still nothing.
If *you’re * offering a service then offer if not just don’t, tis as easy as that.
