My third attempt today to get an appointment today. After being on hold I managed to get through at 8.07am to be cut off. I was unable to get through again until about 1045am to hold for over 25 mins

It is difficult to get an appointment with a female GP. You have to phone up on the day and basically wait until your call is answered – anything from ten – 20 minutes. You cannot make an appointment

Needed to see a doctor quickly. Seen on the day and on time. Listening doctor who arranged tests which I had a few days later at the surgery.
