Alan says: After developing pains from doing prescribed exercises I called Circle to speak to a physio for advice/help as I was instructed to do by them and by the app they have you use.
The admin/customer service team are as awful as ever, the person on the phone answered the phone in the most miserable and annoyed tone and after explaining the situation I was told ‘what do you expect the physio to do?’ and ‘what did you want?’ after having already explaining(clearly didn’t listen).
I used to work for them and have had physio from them prior, every year it just gets worse and worse. They’re meant to save the NHS money but I guess they do that by not actually providing any service.
Typical private company in the UK happy to lie and take tax payer money and not provide anything in return.
What a nightmare! I’ve had bad experiences with them as well. They are just experimenting on me and promoting Apos Therapy which didn’t work for me. They are trying to compete with the medical practitioner (Orthopaedist) I never had a physical examination with them regarding my severe pain on my right knee due to damaged medial meniscus. What care are they giving us???
They sounded like a broken record with those online questionnaires. Why not see us face to face and investigate the real problem. Please stop making lies. We were not born yesterday.
The Circle MSK physio referred me for a scan on 14/11. I emailed on 02/12 to chase up. Received an email on 16/12 saying they couldn’t help and it was up to me to contact the provider. I subsequently informed Circle MSK I’d had a private scan. On 27/12 they asked for the report so it can go to their clinical team ‘for the next step’. I have never managed to speak to anyone on the phone.
I’d like to know what the NHS paid for this Abu Dhabi based company’s services back in 2014. As a taxpayer I am not getting value for money.

I was referred for a MRI via Circle MSK in Oct 2021. After chasing 3 times now June 2022 I’m eventually told my referral was never sent . The referrer sent the original email again and Circle admitt

TJ Henrick says: Just a poor organisation that has no interest in its patients numerous cancellations and clearly set up to delay treatment to patients whilst sending out useless texts in stead of treating people. A disgrace and sadly reflects badly on the excellent GP surgeries that have to refer patients to MSK Bedfordshire. Hope the BLMK ICB take them off there list of contractors
