Have an appointment today 30th July. Now 25 minutes late. Surgery has about half a dozen people waiting and there appears to be only one doctor on duty. It is also very difficult to see the same docto

Good morning. I’m shocked that the Circle receptionist dropped the phone and refused to speak to me. I’m registered as an NHS intermediary, and so is my partner. I wanted to change my appointment from Luton to Bedford because my partner works at a hospital in Bedford and has significant hearing loss, so I’m acting as an intermediary. She refused to speak to me and hung up. This is unacceptable behavior. It happened today at 8:20 a.m. on October 24th. I’m shocked. I’ve been working in the NHS for 22 years, and my partner is 25. I’ve never behaved like this, either at work or in my private life. Barbara
