Excellent service - really efficient and informative in comfortable environment - fully prepared me for 'what happened next'...however one thing the hospital could improve on is 'duplication' of paper

Tuesday was interesting! at midday-ish I developed a pain in my left shoulder and shortly after in my right shoulder too. Then whenever I tried to breathe deeply it went across my chest.
