Toddington Medical Centre

I was taken ill & had to get an emergency appointment at my surgery, Toddington Medical Centre. I arrived at 14.45 & was seen within 5 mins. My GP said I needed a chest xray. He sent this electronically & told me to go to L&D. He had marked it urgent. I arrived at L&D at 15.25 I was seen almost immediately & by 16.30 I had left & was on my way home. The next morning the radiographer phoned my GP who contacted me & told me I had to have a CT scan. He said I would need bloods taken first then I could have the scan. I went to Bedford Hospital for the blood test & was seen within 15 mins. 2 Hospitals , my surgery – you would not have got a better service if I had gone private.
