In fact, on one of my visits to an Urgent Care Centre, the GP there laughed when I named the surgery and said “we get more people from that surgery than any other”. Also, the last time I was at reception, they said that they had lost 13 receptionists in 3 months. That must be up to 26 by now at that rate
