Can’t get appointment unless your on phone for 8am and wait til you get through. Then more than not they all gone and when ask for appointment in 3 weeks told they gone too. So I end up not botherin

I never have any problems getting an appointment, I can’t praise all the staff enough!
As a Patient with Post Polio problems I have found the Doctors to be most sympathetic and helpful.
I never have a problem getting an appointment and find all the staff helpful and knowledgeable. As a diabetic I see the practice nurses for my review and my care is exemplary.
The new practice manager appears to be a considerable improvement, however his efforts are being thwarted by the ICB. The centre needs more space to enable more blood tests to be done at the surgery, but the ICB have taken the space for admin which could be done anywhere. Patients should not be routinely sent to Bedford or Lister we need more capacity in Shefford
