Although some of their consultants are quite good when you can get through to one, their Admin is absolutely useless, can’t get through on the phone, don’t reply to messages left on answering machine.

They don’t answer the phone. Absolute nightmare to get an appointment; had to ring 3 times only to be cut off as I needed an appointment to re-authorise my diabetes medication.
