Lynn Somerfield says: I was referred to Circle MSK in Feb 2025 for knee surgery. My doctor was asked for recent x rays and because she didn’t respond they discharged me without informing me or her. It was only last week, 6 months later, when I called to check what was happening that they told me I had been discharged. No apology, no empathy. Totally disinterested. I thought I was moving up the waiting list! I am launching a formal complaint about this because they are in breach of several NHS

Thirteen months later I’ve had three physio appointments and have FINALLY started shockwave therapy. I am so angry because I have destroyed my other foot, whilst waiting for help from MSK.
I also had an urgent referral for my shoulder. Thank goodness my parents paid privately for me to see an orthopaedic consultant, who x-rayed and diagnosed calcium deposits on the tendon. All done and dusted by the time I received my one physio appointment, which was useless for calcium deposits.
Finally, I am under an consultant for a hip replacement. I cannot get to see him because MSK won’t allow it. It’s an utter disgrace. I only hope that when your contract is up for renewal at the beginning of 2024, you GO AWAY. My body is destroyed because of the constant eventual physio you like to give out regardless of whether it is needed or not. What a waste of money you are, playing God.
