Community Advice Events Return Across Central Bedfordshire

Healthwatch Central Bedfordshire is pleased to announce the return of its annual “Just Ask” community engagement programme for 2026.

The Just Ask events give local residents the opportunity to speak directly with organisations that provide health, care, housing and wellbeing services. Visitors can drop in, ask questions, access information, and share their experiences of local services.

Held in towns across Central Bedfordshire, the programme brings together representatives from a range of partner organisations, charities, and support services. These events are designed to make it easier for people to find the help they need and to ensure that community voices are heard.

Local residents can:

  • Ask questions about health and social care services

  • Get information and guidance on local support

  • Speak with service providers and community organisations

  • Share their experiences and feedback to help improve local services

The Just Ask programme is one of Healthwatch’s key outreach initiatives, helping the organisation listen to residents’ views and use that feedback to influence improvements in local health and care services.

Everyone is welcome to attend—no appointment is needed. Simply drop in during the advertised times to speak with friendly staff and partner organisations.

Further details, including dates and locations for each event, can be found on the Just Ask 2026 poster or check back here for details of who will be joining us at each event.

At ASDA, Dunstable on Friday, 24th April, we will be joined on the day by representatives from:

We look forward to seeing you there.
