The YOU Programme can be the most important first step to feeling better, improving your mental health and wellbeing and getting your life back on track through supporting education and peer empowerment.

This two-week course teaches people how to manage and reduce negative thoughts, feelings and behaviours, using a wide range of self-management models, tried and tested theories and wellbeing recovery tools.

There are four daytime sessions to attend to complete this course, which run from 9:30am to 2:30pm.

  • Day 1: Tuesday 3rd December 2024
  • Day 2: Thursday 5th December 2024
  • Day 3: Tuesday 10th December 2024
  • Day 4: Thursday 12th December 2024
