This course is for anyone suffering from anxiety, depression, grief, stress or any other mental health issues. It’s relaxed and it helps build mental resilience, self-confidence, self-compassion and supports with wellbeing practices you need to put you back in control of your health and your future.

There are two evening sessions to attend to complete this course, which run from 6:30pm to 9:30pm.

Evening 1: Tuesday 10th December 2024

Evening 2: Wednesday 11th December 2024
