This month Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC) has sent out the Adult Carers Survey 2025 to a sample of around 900 unpaid carers living in Central Bedfordshire who provide care or support to an adult.

The survey asks questions on a range of topics about their caring role and this feedback helps CBC to understand what improvements and support are needed for carers.

Everyone who receives the survey is encouraged to complete and return it using the prepaid envelope provided. Deadline to return the survey is 30 November. 

The survey is carried out by all councils on behalf of the Department for Health and Social Care (DHSC) every two years. The anonymised results will be used by organisations such as the DHSC and the Care Quality Commission, and CBC to see how carers can be better supported.
