I was expecting my 2nd Child and the Doctor remarked "What Again?!" After the Baby was born ,received a discharge letter saying

Receptionist can be rude getting an appointment can be very difficult don't feel like they listen to the problems your having

I use the service for myself and my family and normally I have no complaints other than for the past 4-5 months

Always had no issues with appointments

Staff unhelpful - if you ask for anything get shouted at and told they are on levels. Have to wait 2-3 hrs
