Healthwatch Central Bedfordshire is hosting its second Men’s Health Event.

Save the date for this free Men’s Health Event in Flitwick, bringing together local organisations, expert speakers and community support to help men take positive steps towards better physical and mental wellbeing.

Date: Friday 13th November 2026

Venue: The Rufus Centre, Steppingley Road, Flitwick MK45 1AH

Time: 9.30am – 2:00pm

The event will provide an opportunity to find out more about local health and support services, hear from others about their experiences, and get practical advice on looking after your health.

On the day, you will be able to:

• Meet local organisations offering advice, support and services for men and their families.
• Hear from guest speakers sharing lived experiences and expert knowledge about men’s health and wellbeing.
• Find out more about routine health checks and how to access support locally.
• Connect with others in a friendly and welcoming environment.

Free lunch will be provided.
