A one day workshop which uses the arts to focus on your strengths and abilities through the metaphor of a tree

Everyone makes their own tree which tells their own story. We don’t focus on the past; we use the tree to look to the future. The art you make is not interpreted – your views on what you’ve made are what matter. You can share as much or as little as you’d like.

You don’t need to be good at art, music, drama or dance to attend this workshop. All art materials will be provided.

Please bring your lunch with you. Please be available for the whole day.
