The Recovery College is part of the Bedfordshire and Luton Mental Health Academy which is a formal partnership with East London Foundation NHS Trust (ELFT} and the University of Bedfordshire.

The educational, creative workshops and courses offered  by the Recovery  College, focus on recovery and wellbeing. The courses and workshops are delivered by professionals in partnership with people with lived experiences. The tools shared in the workshops and courses aim to support people to become an expert in their own recovery experience by exploring hope, control, choice and opportunity.

THE UPBEATS AT CHRISTMAS WORKSHOP

The Upbeats singing group are re-convening to put together some Christmas carols and Christmas songs. We will co-produce through working out the songs we want to do together, rehearsing them, and will then do a mini tour of some of the Clinical Resource Centres in Bedford on the 13^th December where we will invite ELFT staff and SUs to sing with us.

If you would like to join us, no prior experience is necessary. If you would like to sing, you are in!

The Upbeats will meet weekly.
