Tried to book an appointment via online system but no option for a medical appointment, called the surgery and told I can’t even request an appointment because they haven’t got any left.

Jillian Burrell says: Gone from fantastic to dreadful since being taken over by Lea Vale. Takes endless calls to get anything resolved. Hospital letters, blood test results get lost. The nursing staff are great, but have no faith in any of the GPs but Dr S, who is very thorough. Very shambolic system.
