Breaking down barriers – reducing health inequalities in Central Bedfordshire!
Thursday, 7, November 2024 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
We want everyone to be able to access health and care services in Central Bedfordshire, but know that there are barriers for some people – whether it is language barriers or they have additional needs. This means that some people do not receive the healthcare they need.
Help create a fairer Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes (BLMK) and break down barriers, so everyone is able to access health and care services.
Please join us* so we can share the findings of the Denny Review and listen to your thoughts on what else we can do to create a fairer health and care system that works better for everyone.
Who is this meeting for?
This meeting is for everyone interested in reducing health inequalities – we welcome residents, community groups and organisations living and working in Central Bedfordshire.
We especially would like residents to join us and encourage community groups and organisations to bring people they know from the community to join the conversation.
Book your place and find out more on this link: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/creating-a-fairer-blmk-spotlight-on-denny-review-in-central-bedfordshire-tickets-1004438983037
If you have any specific accessibility needs, please ensure you let us know when you book your place. Please do this before Monday 28 October so we have enough time to make the necessary arrangements.
*The meeting is being hosted by NHS Bedfordshire Luton and Milton Keynes Integrated Care Bard (BLMK ICB) and Healthwatch Central Bedfordshire.
