Healthwatch Central Bedfordshire is hosting this Men’s Health Event in Ampthill. 

Dedicated to men’s health and the people who support them, this event aims to bring people together to talk openly, raise awareness, and share practical ways to look after physical and mental wellbeing.

Date: Friday 6th February 2026

Venue: Parkside Hall, Woburn Street, Ampthill, MK45 2HX

Time: 10:00am – 2:00pm

Whether it’s discussion around physical health or navigating mental health challenges, for yourself or someone you care for, there will be something for everyone.

Book your tickets today, and look forward to practical insights from our guest speakers, including David Bateson (founder of Ampthill vs Cancer), Claire Young (a local resilience speaker) and Tony McCool (former professional footballer – sharing his story of loss and how he rebuilt his life whilst caring for his wife).

Free blood pressure checks will also be available on the day, offering a simple way to keep an eye on your health or support someone close to you. Along with this, there will be a range of information stands offering advice, guidance and signposting to wellbeing and support services.
