Have you recently used Musculoskeletal (MSK) services in Central Bedfordshire?
On 1st October 2026, a new provider, Cora, took over the delivery of local MSK services. These services support people with conditions affecting their muscles, joints and bones, including problems such as back, neck, shoulder, knee and joint pain.

Healthwatch Central Bedfordshire wants to hear how the new service is working for local people

If you have been referred to, contacted by, or received care from the MSK service recently, we would really like to hear about your experience.
You might want to tell us about:
• how easy it was to access the service
• how long you waited to be contacted or seen
• whether you knew what was happening with your referral
• the information and communication you received
• where you were offered an appointment and whether the location was convenient
• the care and treatment you received
• whether your care was affected by the change from the previous provider
• anything that worked particularly well
• anything you think could be improved.

Healthwatch is independent of the NHS and the organisations providing your care. We will use the experiences people share with us to identify common themes and raise these with those responsible for planning and delivering the service.
