Mental Health Awareness Week – 13-19 May 2019

Mental health problems can affect anyone, any day of the year, but this week is a great time to have a chat with a friend, family member or colleague and think about your own wellbeing too.

Perinatal mental illness affects up to 20% of women, and covers a wide range of conditions.

NHS England has produced a series of five short videos with women who have experience of perinatal mental health conditions.
