Wheatfield Surgery, Luton is aware of the issues regarding patient access and they are working hard to rectify the issue. The appointment system is a priority, and the practice is looking at enabling more pre-bookable appointments.

They aim to digitalize most services, empowering you to take control of your own healthcare needs online. However they are aware that some patients do not have access to a computer, and will therefore continue to provide services by phone and face to face.

The surgery is proposing a 6 week consultation from Monday, 28th January.
