Understanding Hearing Voices Workshop

The Understanding Voices workshop is aimed to help people who hear voices make sense of their experience and gain some context through shared experiences with other voice hearers. The workshop offers some Psychological theory into the causes of voice hearing and also explores stigma, management techniques and the overall impact the hearing voices can have on a person’s life and wellbeing.
