We all know that incorporating some form of relaxation into our daily lives would help alleviate stress and make us feel more in control and positive.

In this 4 week course you will learn various relaxation skills which involve breathing techniques and mindfulness exercises. We will also look at how healthy living like exercise and diet can also help us feel better, happier and more energized.
