DESCRIPTION:Healthwatch Central Bedfordshire is hosting its second Men’s Health Event.\nSave the date for this free Men’s Health Event in Flitwick\, bringing together local organisations\, expert speakers and community support to help men take positive steps towards better physical and mental wellbeing. \nDate: Friday 13th November 2026 \nVenue: The Rufus Centre\, Steppingley Road\, Flitwick MK45 1AH \nTime: 9.30am – 2:00pm \nThe event will provide an opportunity to find out more about local health and support services\, hear from others about their experiences\, and get practical advice on looking after your health. \nOn the day\, you will be able to: \n\nMeet local organisations offering advice\, support and services for men and their families.\nHear from guest speakers sharing lived experiences and expert knowledge about men’s health and wellbeing.\nFind out more about routine health checks and how to access support locally.\nConnect with others in a friendly and welcoming environment.\n\nFree lunch will be provided. \nThis is a diverse and all-inclusive event. Please let organisers know when booking if you have any specific requirements\, such as wheelchair access or interpreter support. \nInformation on how to book your space will be available soon!
