If you’re feeling stuck or wondering about what could help you – maybe the arts can.

This workshop will offer an introduction to the arts therapies (art, drama, dance movement, and music). It will give you ideas about how being creative can support your recovery. Maybe you already use the arts as self-help, and we welcome you to share what works for you with the group.

You don’t need to be good at art, music, drama, or dance to join us. This Recovery College workshop is open to anyone who is interested in finding out more about creativity and mental health.
